Now: AI Agent Operations & Workflow Architecture

I design and build the operational layer that makes AI agents useful inside a real team: workflows, infrastructure, quality control. The parts that make agent output reliable enough to run a business on.

Most recently I worked at Theona, a startup building a workforce of AI agents. I built that operational layer for an 8+ person team: analytics, automation, quality-control systems, the connective tissue between a person's intent and an agent that can act on it.

What I care about in this work:

• Turning "we use AI" into a working system other people can rely on, not a one-off automation
• Building the operational and quality-control layer that makes agent output trustworthy at scale
• Designing how a team's work actually reorganizes once agents handle recurring tasks reliably

The systems interest me partly because of the question behind them: what does it actually mean to work alongside agents, not just use them? Most people haven't answered that yet. I haven't either.

Background

Before this I spent close to two decades building things on the web and running teams that made educational products. Developer first, then team lead, then head of a learning department.

The thread through all of it: I build systems and infrastructure around a problem instead of solving it by hand one piece at a time. That thread moved from large-scale coding education to AI-first learning to the operational side of AI agents.

Selected past work:

• Hyperskill — Content & Learning Team Lead, 2024–2026. Led content for a line of AI bootcamps (AI Engineer, AI Entrepreneur, and others). Also worked on Enlighter — a separate product for teaching agentic coding directly inside the IDE, supporting Cursor and JetBrains Junie.
• Practicum / TripleTen — Content Team Lead, then Tech Lead, 2018–2024. Helped take an online bootcamp from a small experiment to a service used across several countries. Worked on web-development programs and the methodology behind them.
• doka.guide — Strategist, 2022–2023. Helped shape the product strategy of an open knowledge base for web-developers, and worked on partnerships.
• KRUZHOK — Co-founder and CTO, 2017–2023 (now closed). A non-profit that worked with teenagers in small towns through digital media and education. Built websites for many of those towns together with their teenagers.
• POSSIBLE — Project Manager, 2015–2017. Brand campaigns for Colgate, PepsiCo, Nestle, 3M. This is where I learned what producing digital work actually involves.

Tech background

I spent most of my career writing and teaching frontend code, with periodic work on the backend. The stack below is for context — I don't take on new development projects right now, but I still use this when prototyping or contributing.
