I work where people meet a new technology. I build the systems that change how a team works, and the learning programs that let people run them without me.

For most of my career that technology was the web. Today it is AI agents.

I want my work to lead to positive change for people and for society. That is what brought me to education, and it is what I look for in work with AI.

Now: AI agents

Since 2024 my work has been about how teams learn to work with AI agents and build with them.

  • AI Enablement Designer · 2026 – now

    theona.ai

    theona.ai is a team that helps other teams become AI-native, with its own platform for building agents. I work between the product and the people whose work it changes. Full-time from January to September 2026, on a contract basis since then.

    • Built the content, analytics and automation systems the team runs its public presence on.
    • Built agents that work on top of the team's design system and produce on-brand carousels, videos and pages on their own.
    • Designed agent pipelines for HR, sales and operations use cases.
    • Ran workshops where HR teams and executives built their first working agents.

  • Content Team Lead, Head of AI Bootcamps, Learning Team Lead · 2024 – 2026

    Hyperskill

    Hyperskill is an online platform for learning programming. I came to build the content team, and in 2025 I led the AI bootcamps as a separate business line.

    • Led the AI bootcamps, with AI Engineer as the main one, and later rebuilt it as a short, intensive format.
    • Owned the P&L of the bootcamp direction.
    • Designed a five-week corporate AI program for whole teams, with reporting that showed the client's leads who was actually adopting AI.
    • Worked on Enlighter, a product that teaches agentic coding right inside the IDE: learning content and launch.

Before agents: the web

For almost twenty years the new technology was the web. I built websites, ran a small studio, taught programming and led the teams that made courses about it.

Websites made with teenagers

At Kruzhok schools, and later in the I am here project, teenagers made websites about the places they live and what they lived through. I helped each group bring its site to the end. Some are still online. The older ones open in the web archive.
