I work where people meet a new technology. I build the systems that change how a team works, and the learning programs that let people run them without me. Today that technology is AI agents. For most of my career before that, it was the web.

I also think about what this shift means outside work: how it changes the way we spend our attention, make decisions and use our time.

The other half of me is music. It's how I make sense of things outside of work.
