For recruiters

This page is for people who are hiring. It says what kind of work to offer me, where the documents are, and how to reach me.

I lead teams that change how a company works with AI. I take a real process, find out how it actually runs, rebuild it around agents, measure the effect, and leave people able to run it without me. I can still build the pipelines myself, which keeps the plans honest.

More about the work itself is on the Work page.
