Music has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. It's how I make sense of the things that don't fit into work.
My first band started with school friends, and that's where I had my first recordings and small-club shows. Since then it's kept going in different shapes: a band, my own label, a home studio, a duo, a Georgian folk choir.
Mostly my own records, and sometimes work with other artists. Koshka was recorded with Taya in 2020, a Venya Drkin song that later went into the soundtrack of the series “Volunteer's Playlist”. On Kept Ghost Anya Gordeladze wrote every song and played every instrument, and my part was the production side: mixing, mastering and distribution.
Reggae songs recorded at home, one part at a time. They also go out on Instagram and TikTok.
One mic, a guitar, people and their voices. Songs recorded with friends, with a minimum of post-production. The whole set lives in a YouTube playlist.
We play folk songs live in Tbilisi, from Bob Dylan and Joan Baez to Boris Grebenshchikov.
I sing in a Georgian folk choir, where we work with Georgian roots music. If you want to study Georgian polyphony yourself, write to Anya.
A producer environment for the dub, reggae and roots scene in Tbilisi. A shared fund, rehearsals, sessions and releases with local musicians. I started it and ran the pilot from December 2025 to March 2026. The project has been on hold since the pilot ended.
