Hyperskill
Hyperskill is an online platform for learning programming. I joined in September 2024 as Content Team Lead, to build a long-term team that produces courses.
In January 2025 the company turned its bootcamps into a separate business line, and I led it: AI Engineer, AI Entrepreneur, and long Java and Kotlin backend programs, with mentors, a set schedule and team projects. I owned the P&L of the direction. AI Engineer became the main program and the one that worked as a product.
From July 2025 I led the Learning team: content production and learning support for Hyperskill's AI programs. We rebuilt AI Engineer as a short, intensive format and started working with companies. I designed a five-week corporate AI program for whole teams, with reporting that showed the client's leads who was actually adopting AI.
In parallel I worked on Enlighter, one of Hyperskill's internal startups. It teaches agentic coding right inside the IDE. I worked on the learning content and the launch.
One lesson from those two years stays with me. AI changed the way a team worked when people started building tools for their own tasks. A separate team building AI tools for everyone else did not make that happen.
