Hyperskill
Hyperskill is an online education platform historically focused on software engineering and developer training. I joined Hyperskill at a moment when the industry was entering a new phase, and education needed to be rethought for the AI era.
I initially joined the company as a Content Team Lead, with the goal of organizing educational materials and adapting learning content and formats to AI-driven workflows. Shortly after, I transitioned into building a new direction within the company — AI bootcamps — and led this initiative as the head of the direction. These bootcamps were designed as asynchronous, practice-oriented programs primarily for engineers, focused on developing real-world AI skills rather than theoretical knowledge.
Under my leadership, Hyperskill launched several AI programs, including AI Engineer (the flagship bootcamp), AI Entrepreneur, and a number of other AI-focused educational tracks. These programs helped form Hyperskill’s AI education portfolio and set the foundation for teaching engineers how to work with modern AI tools and systems.
Following a strategic shift in the company, I moved back closer to learning experience design, educational systems thinking, and team leadership. I focused on improving learning flows, content quality, and student support, leading content and learning support teams and refining how complex technical topics are taught at scale.
In parallel, we actively explored the B2B education space. I participated in designing and delivering AI Foundations, a corporate bootcamp aimed at aligning AI understanding across organizations. This program was successfully delivered for JetBrains, addressing AI literacy at an organizational level rather than individual upskilling.
Hyperskill also runs internal startup initiatives, and I was involved in one of these products — Enlighter. Enlighter is an educational platform that teaches AI and agentic coding directly inside the IDE, working with modern programming agents such as Cursor and JetBrains Junie. I contributed to building the product, creating educational content, and shaping its go-to-market approach. The project became a strong example of AI-native education embedded directly into the developer’s workflow.
Overall, my work at Hyperskill has been focused on designing modern educational systems, launching AI-driven learning products, and helping engineers and organizations adapt to the realities of software development in the AI era.
